Pot Pie

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (do not melt)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • leftover ham pieces and broth
  • 1 -2 thinly sliced potato (optional)
  • if broth is extra salty try adding extra potato

Recipe

  • 1 use a fork to mix egg, milk, butter and baking powder.
  • 2 place flour in a large bowl and make a hole in the center to pur above mixture into.
  • 3 combine until mixture forms a dough.
  • 4 if dough is too sticky, add more flour until it is ready to be rolled out smoothly.

  • 6 roll mixture out to 1/4" thick.
