- 6 medium raw potatoes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- milk (to taste)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- parsley (optional)
- chopped onion (optional)
Recipe
- 1 peel and grate potatoes. drain in a colander. stir in flour and add enough milk to make a thin batter.
- 2 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 parsley and onion may be added if desired.
- 4 form into circular patties.
- 5 fry in a well oiled hot skillet.
