New Potatoes In Garlic Butter

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 24 small potatoes (about 3 lb.)
• salt & pepper

Recipe

• 1 stir together butter and garlic. arrange half of the potatoes in
• 2 single layer on square of double-thickness heavy-duty foil.
• 3 dot potatoes evenly with half of the butter mixture; season with salt and pepper.
• 4 seal package securely.
• 5 repeat with remaining potatoes.
• 6 roast directly on hot coals or on grill at high setting for 40-45 minutes or until tender, turning packages occasionally.
