Ingredients

- 2 lbs russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Recipe
- 1 cut potatoes into pieces and place in pyrex container.
- 2 mix rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes.
- 3 bake at 359 until potatoes are tender (about 40 min). mix a couple of times for even cooking.
