Italian Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Recipe

  • 1 cut potatoes into pieces and place in pyrex container.
  • 2 mix rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes.
  • 3 bake at 359 until potatoes are tender (about 40 min). mix a couple of times for even cooking.
