Drunken Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 cup vermouth
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
  • 2 preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • 3 put the potato slices in a pie plate you've sprayed with cooking spray (or greased).
  • 4 overlap the slices.
  • 5 pour the vermouth over the potatoes.
  • 6 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 7 dot with butter.
  • 8 bake them, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes or until they are tender.
