Drunken Potatoes

Ingredients

- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup vermouth
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
- 2 preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- 3 put the potato slices in a pie plate you've sprayed with cooking spray (or greased).
- 4 overlap the slices.
- 5 pour the vermouth over the potatoes.
- 6 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 7 dot with butter.
- 8 bake them, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes or until they are tender.
