Ingredients

- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredinets except butter and vanilla in a slow cooker, mix well. cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
- 2 add butter and vanilla, stir to blend.
