Ingredients

- 3 lbs boneless lamb loin roast
- 1 medium onion, cut in 8ths
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 5 celery ribs, cut in 3 inch pieces
- 1 cup baby carrots, whole
- 2 small yukon gold potatoes, 1 inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into the crock pot.
- 2 turn on low and cook for 8 hours.
