- 3 lbs sweet potatoes, cooked peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 dash of louisianne hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine first four ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 stir in mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce, mix well.
- 3 cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
