Ingredients

- 3 lbs sweet potatoes, unpeeled, diced & steamed
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients.
- 2 stir in the mayonnaise (& hot pepper sauce, if using), mixing well.
- 3 cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
