Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups hot simply potatoes traditional mashed potatoes
• 1 1/2 cups mashed turnips
• 1 1/2 cups mashed carrots
• 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
• 1 well beaten egg
• 1 dash cinnamon
• salt & pepper

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients & place in a well greased 1 qrt casserole dish.
• 2 bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees f. for 30 minutes.
