- 1 (24 ounce) package o'brien frozen potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
- 1 (7 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine potatoes and milk in a large skillet. heat to boiling, stirring often. cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 minutes.
- 2 stir in garlic salt, pepper, peas and carrots, and tuna. cook for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender and tuna is hot.
- 3 stir in 1 cup of cheese. mix well. sprinkle remaining cheese on top. cover and cook over low heat for 3 minutes, until cheese is melted.
