- 3 cups grated sweet potatoes
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 pour into a greased baking dish.
- 3 bake for approximately 75 minutes at 350 degrees.
