Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups grated raw sweet potato
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 mix in eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt and milk.
- 3 fold in grated sweet potatoes. pour into a buttered 2 quart baking dish and bake in a 400* oven for 1 hour.
- 4 serve hot.
