- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/3 cup grated cheese
Recipe
- 1 season mashed potatoes with salt & pepper to your taste. place them in a greased baking dish. cover with the whipped cream, then sprinkle the grated cheese over. bake in a preheated 450 degree f oven until the cheese melts and browns slightly.
