Ingredients
- instant mashed potatoes (8 servings)
- 1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos, chopped and drained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (or more to suit your taste)
Recipe
- 1 whip softened cream cheese into warm mashed potatoes. sir in pimientos; season to taste with garlic salt. put in oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
