Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 potatoes (sliced, i like to use russet potatoes and leave the skins on)
- 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup honey garlic barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 wash and slice your potatoes.
- 3 in a saucepan, melt your butter and add in remaining ingredients. stirring constantly.
- 4 once sauce has warmed up, pour over sliced potatoes and place on a parchment lined or well greased baking sheet . (they will make a mess and stick to the sheet!)
- 5 bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- 6 note: i've also wrapped the potatoes up in aluminum foil and cooked them on the bbq. you just need to keep checking for doneness.
