Smoky Sausage And Potato Skillet

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 ounces smoked sausage
  • 5 1/4 ounces au gratin potatoes, packaged
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 cut sausage into 1 inch pieces.
  • 2 chop celery and onion into small pieces, to your liking.
  • 3 saute sausage and vegetables in butter in a large skillet until vegetables are tender.
  • 4 add water, milk, and flavor packet from the potatoes and bring to a boil.
  • 5 once boiling, add potatoes.
  • 6 reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
