Ingredients

- 16 ounces smoked sausage
- 5 1/4 ounces au gratin potatoes, packaged
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 cut sausage into 1 inch pieces.
- 2 chop celery and onion into small pieces, to your liking.
- 3 saute sausage and vegetables in butter in a large skillet until vegetables are tender.
- 4 add water, milk, and flavor packet from the potatoes and bring to a boil.
- 5 once boiling, add potatoes.
- 6 reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
