Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1 slice bacon, chopped
- 1 cup hash brown potatoes, cooked
Recipe
- 1 heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
- 2 add onion and bacon and saute for 4 minutes.
- 3 add hash browns and press down.
- 4 brown well, flip, press and brown to crisp.
