Potato Puff

Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 well beaten eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

• 1 mix the ingredients together and put in a deep, buttered baking dish.
• 2 bake about 20 minutes in a hot oven.
