Tater Tots Surprise

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups frozen tater tots
• 1 cup chopped cooked ham
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 4 eggs, beaten
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 in a large skillet, cook potatoes, ham, onion, and green pepper in oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until browned, stirring constantly while breaking up the tater tots.
