- 3 pounds potatoes
- 1/2 cup canned evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon kikkoman wasabi sauce*
Recipe
- cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces, place potatoes in large pot of cold salted water. boil until tender, about 20 minutes. drain. return to pot; mash. add milk and butter to potatoes. beat potatoes until fluffy and smooth; add wasabi sauce.
