Wasabi Mashed Potatoes From Kikkoman®

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 pounds potatoes
  • 1/2 cup canned evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon kikkoman wasabi sauce*

Recipe

  • cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces, place potatoes in large pot of cold salted water. boil until tender, about 20 minutes. drain. return to pot; mash. add milk and butter to potatoes. beat potatoes until fluffy and smooth; add wasabi sauce.
