Rosemary And Garlic Hash Brown Potatoes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 large potatoes, grated
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • 2 mix together the potatoes, onion, garlic, and rosemary.
  • 3 check seasonings (salt and pepper to taste.).
  • 4 add the mixture to the pan and press down with a spatula.
  • 5 cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  • 6 remove the lid and flip the mixture to brown the other side (uncovered) for an additional 15 minutes.
