Ham Pot-pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 5 lbs ham (with bone in)
- water
- 3 medium potatoes (cubed)
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- salt
- pepper
- chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 place ham in large pot and cover with water.
- 2 boil to make ham broth.
- 3 cut ham into cubes and set aside.
- 4 place potatoes in broth to cook while you are mixing dough.
- 5 in large mixing bowl, mix flour, eggs, and milk to form soft dough.
- 6 you may need to add a little more milk.
- 7 roll dough to 1/8" to 1/4" thickness (depending on preference).
- 8 cut dough into 1" by 3" rectangles.
- 9 drop dough into broth one piece at a time.
- 10 cook until dough is done.
- 11 add ham.
- 12 salt and pepper to taste.
- 13 add parsley for color.
