Spicy Low Fat, New Potatoes

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 7 -8 small red potatoes
  • garlic powder
  • red chili powder
  • mrs. dash seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450f degrees.
  • 2 cut the potatoes into quarters, or smaller pieces if the potatoes are larger than usual.
  • 3 place the cut up pieces in a baking dish.
  • 4 sprinkle potatoes with olive oil.
  • 5 sprinkle potatoes with garlic powder.
  • 6 sprinkle potatoes with chili powder (just a small sprinkling all over the potatoes--don't go overboard or they will be extremely spicy).
  • 7 sprinkle generously with mrs dash original blend spice.
  • 8 bake for 45 minutes.
