Taramosalata (fish Roe)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 7
  • 1/4 lb fish roe
  • 2/3 lb boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1/2 lemons, squeezed

Recipe

  • 1 mash the tarama the potatoes and the onion.
