Easy Spanish Tortilla

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of thinly sliced potato
  • salt
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 8 large eggs

Recipe

  • 1 put potatoes in a large bowl and add desired amount of salt.
  • 2 in a frying pan heat 1/2 cm of olive oil and add potatoes.
  • 3 beat the eggs in a large bowl and add desired amount of salt.
  • 4 after about 5 minutes, add the onion to the potatoes. don't let the potatoes brown!
