Ingredients

- 2 lbs baby new potatoes
- 3 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 400°f
- 2 put the new potatoes in a roasting tin with the thyme and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- 3 drizzle over the olive oil and roast for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
