Simple Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 4 -6 sweet potatoes
• 1/2 cup butter, cut into pads
• 16 large marshmallows

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 wrap sweet potatoes in foil and bake in oven until done (about 2 hours).
• 3 peel sweet potatoes while still warm and place in a large mixing bowl and add butter.
• 4 using an electric mixer, whip potatoes until fluffy and all the butter is melted.
• 5 pour sweet potatoes into a glass baking dish and arrange marshmallows on top.
• 6 place potatoes in oven and bake until marshmallows are toasted and soft. serve warm.
