Old Fashion Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 4 -6 sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
• 1/2 cup butter
• 3 eggs
• 1/4-1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• salt (optional)
• 1/4-1/2 cup bourbon
• milk (optional)
• pecans

Recipe

• 1 mix all together. you may need to add milk or more bourbon if you use more sugar or less bourbon. your mash should be thinner than regular mash potatoes, but not runny.
• 2 bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. top with pecans and return to oven to brown slightly.
