Elsie's Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 very small onion
• 2 large potatoes, grated
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients and put in a greased baking dish.
• 2 bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
