Twice Baked Ranch Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup kraft ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup breakstone's sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon oscar mayer real bacon bits
  • 4 ounces velveeta cheese, cut up

Recipe

  • 1 bake potatoes at 400 for 1 hour. slice off tops of potatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8-inch shell.
  • 2 mash potatoes. add dressing, sour cream and bacon bits; beat until fluffy. stir velveeta into potato mixture. spoon into shells.
