Potatoes With Hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs small potatoes, boiled (800 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped or 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 10 ounces red pearl onions, cut in half lengthwise
  • salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, combine the potatoes, rosemary, hazelnuts, and onions; cook until the potatoes and onions are browned over medium heat.
  • 2 season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 mix together all the ingredients for the sauce; pour the sauce into the skillet with the potatoes and onions and stir to combine.
