Pickaroon Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 6-7
- 6 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped until stiff
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese or 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon hot horseradish
- paprika
Recipe
- peel and wash potatoes and cook in salted boiling water until tender.
- drain and mash with the butter and milk.
- beat until light and fluffy.
- season with salt and pepper and fold in the horseradish.
- pour into a buttered casserole, cover with whipped cream, sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
- bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until brown on top.
